Read the info on streaming TV ....But....

I downloaded Windows Media Encoder 9 and it appears to be quite a bit different than the older version shown in the instructions. Can anyone help out?

Where is the link you used for instructions?

It is real easy to do, almost self explainitory when you are going through process.

I've actually been to your site. I think it's just a matter of trying to get it to work with Windows XP Media Center. I think I need different TV software.

Yes, I also have not been successfull trying to stream my Media Center PC video to my pocket pc using Windows Media Encoder.

WinXP Media Centre Edition uses it's own special "spin" on MPEG-2 video compression, called "DVR-MS" files. You can visit http://www.thegreenbutton.com/downloads.aspx to find a few free programs that convert DVR-MS to something more generic, like MPEG or WMV files. Then you should be able to squeeze those down with Windows Media Encoder.
