I'm getting an error when I try to convert mpeg 1 or any mpeg into a wmv file with Windows Media Encoder 9. Picture is below. can anyone help?

is it a copyright controlled file?

are you running anything that would interfere with WME? I would set it up and then let it start running right before you go to bed so it does not get interupted.

I'm not sure if it is a copyright controlled file. I'm just converting normal mpegs into wmv. I dont believe it is copyright controlled.

Also, I am not running anything else but WME. I've set it up a few times. Even DVD to PPC packaged wont work because in their software they use WME to convert from vob to wmv or mpeg to wmv. It just shuts down or give me the same error. Any other suggestions?
