Can not Play MP3's or Video
I just received my Axim yesterday. I haven't purchased any extra memory or storage space but plan to do that soon. The problem that I am having is that I can not transfer music or videos to my Axim. I know that there is something that I am overlooking.

The directions said that I could go into explore and locate my Mobile Device Icon if I have active sync running. I've located the icon. It then states that I can drag the Mp3's/mpeg's from my pc onto a folder on the Axim. This is where I am having the problem. When I attempt to drag file, I get a black circle with a line through it. This happens with every folder that I have listed. I've tried to create new folders and the same thing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Dock the Axim to your desktop PC and wait for the syncronizing activity to complete.
On your desktop PC, click on "Explore" in the Active Sync window. A window should open for "Mobile Device", filled with folders and files.
Open the My Documents folder. You should have your PC folder options set to use a new window.
Open the folder on your PC where a file to be transferred is located, and right-click-drag it to the Axim My Doc window and release it. Select copy here.
It should work, unless you have less than adequate memory space for the file ... or unless the file is copy protected.

Thanks Mike C. I found out that I needed to allocate more memory space. I made the change and it worked fine.
