x30h wmp10 syncing problem

Whenever i try to sync using wmp10 2 or 3 mp3s sync fine but then the next track seems to sync to about 35% or sometimes 70% then it just freezes there for about a min or two and then activesync disconnects. I am trying to sync to my MMC card.

Any ideas?
