I am encoding Simpsons episodes into Divx format to play with PocketMVP on my Axim. I use Virtualdub to encode them and Divx 5.0.2 Pro codec. I did a repair install of XP and re-installed and re-downloaded the Divx 5.0.2 Pro and MP3 audio codecs. Before, all my videos look fine on PocketMVP. But now, the videos look TERRIBLY blocky and weird, and are pretty much unwatchable. This happens with 2 files, and both 1 and 2 pass settings. The videos play perfectly fine in Windows Media Player. Can someone help me? Thanx

I reinstalled the Divx codec, along with a bunch of other audio/video codecs (from Nimo codec pack), and it seems to work fine now.
