Are WMV files and BetaPlayer compatible? I downloaded the most recent stable release yesterday, and BetaPlayer cannot see my WMV files, nor does there seem to be any mention of WMV in the area where you associate file types with the program.

I did a cusory search here on AximSite...most of the recent posts about BetaPlayer is benchmark discussion; and I haven't yet gone to the website to see if Picard has written anything about this.

 

Get the unstable version and the .asf(?) plug-in or wait for the new stable release which is coming soon.

Good deal. Without nested posts, sometimes it is difficult to follow replies, and I'm a person that's going to check intent before misunderstanding a message. I think it's a wise thing to do in this age.

I guess it just didn't hit me that the last stable version was .04, while the newest unstable version is .093h

That would probably explain why betaplayer .04 doesn't play wmv files (.093h probably does)
