i have a large music collection and i want to bring most of it over to my cf and sd cards

i want to keep my collection in its original bitrate but also have an alternate copy of everything in a downsampled bitrate to transfer to my axim x50v


whats the best way to do this?

There are probably others but I have the full version of music match and it supports batch file conversion.
However, all my music is 128kbps MP3 and I get roughly 300 songs on my 1 gig CF. Depending on your current format you may not need to convert them.
