WMV Editor to remove commercials?
Ive been getting TV shows off my TiVO using the MS Encoder. To get rid of the commercials, I can pause the encoder while the show is playing, but it would be easier to run the whole show and then edit out the commercials. Are there any free programs out there to cut and splice wmv files?

You can edit out commercials with the built in Movie Maker in Windows.
