It's been in a while :) BetaPlayer 0.096 is out. In theory many mp4 bugs are fixed and support added for non interleaved audio/video files. Please test again these mp4 files.
I'm on it picard_beta! Test results in about 2 hours.

Wow, interesting site! But is there a way to stream the movies to a Pocketpc? I've got wifi but have no intention of downloading a 200mb file. Is it possible to stream it in betaplayer? And if so, how?
Best Regards,
Christopher H.

Good bogga mogga, Rythm & Blues Review from Harlem with Perfect, no lag Audio. Thanks again picard_beta. Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, we're swinging now cats!
Although I'm pretty sure this isn't relevant I have the AAC and mpc plugins loaded also.
If you really do get .mov running, Oh man!

Here's an internet archive tip; Read the reviews. I found out "The Brain that Wouldn't Die" is the g rated version. All the really gory bits have been chopped out. :)

Maybe with PictPocketCinema if it can do streams. The streams are Quicktime files and not supported by BetaPlayer yet? Of course I don't think you can stream with betaplayer anyway.
I'm trying it for you now. The trial version is a 5MB download.

Well I couldn't get the Prelinger Archive streams to work. PictPocketCinema is a really big program. It takes up over 8MB on your Pocket PC then there are some PC apps it wants to install to. So if you have the storage space and the time try out the full kit CH. Maybe by just intalling the Pocket PC piece I meesed something up?

mov and mp4 are the same format. the question is the video and audio codecs used. example in this case it's iso mpeg4 and aac audio for the file and streams too. they are supported by betaplayer (as well as http streaming), but this site uses rtsp streaming (which is not supported yet)

How do you do streaming with betaplayer? I couldn't find anywhere to put in a url.
