convert .mov to any extension to play on Pocket Window media player

How do I convert a Quicktime movie that has a .mov extension to play on Windows media player on my Ax?

I think you can use quicktime pro (though it will cost you some dough).

Search the forums as I believe others have posted the same question and received replies.

How do I convert a .mov file to .wmv file so that I can play it on Pocket media player?

PocketDivX Encoder can re-encode mov's to divx's that BetaPlayer can play. I just tried it on a .mov I had, the output dimensions weren't quite right but that can be manually adjusted. I don't even have Quicktime installed.

I just successfully converted a Quicktime .mov file from my Minolta Dimage XT digital camera to .wmv file with Windows Media Encoder 9. The video looks just fine and I didn't even change any settings yet. This was just a test run and the Windows Media Player plays it perfectly. I'll let everyone know how it goes later.

This software http://movie2memcard.kvmd.com/ will convert .mov to divx or .wmv ...It cost 12.50 but has a 5 day free trial to try it out.

Why would you want to use WMP when there's Beta Player?
I have a Minolta DiMage Z1 and I just use Beta Player for the .mov's. It works great for me!
