iTunes and Windows Media Player
Has anyone gotten into the same situation as me? At one time I thought I would buy an iPod and decided to convert my music to AAC format using iTunes. Now that I decided to purchase an Axim X50v (and without any regrets), I have to use Windows Media Player 10 with its WMA format... or do I?
Is there way to change the AAC format back to WMA format? Or is PPCTunes or any other software program an excellent solution? Are there any excellent solutions? Any help would be appreciated!

well, there are apps to convert AAC to MP3 I believe although I dont have any specific examples or links right now (too lazy to google). But my advice for the future is to just stick with MP3s... change iTunes import settings to import as 320kbps MP3 and you will have no future problems.

Please post in the correct forum
![]() There is software by http://www.40th.com and I believe BetaPlayer will also play AAC. Converting from one lossy format to another lossy format always introduces more loss. You're better to re-rip rather than convert.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
