When i use smart ripper to rip dvds to my hard drive it up it into like 4 or 5 different files. This will make it hard to burn it to a dvd if i was going to make a backup copy of the dvd. Is this normal or is there a setting that i need to apply to make it into only one file. It also makes it hard to watch the dvd off of my hard drive when it is divided into so many different files.

What rip-method on the upper left are you choosing? If you choose movie it will create one large file. You can rename this to an mpg file.
