Some one was having troubles with Kill Bill Vol.1 earlier. I think it should be back in page 6 or 7. I'll look around there and see what he ended up doing to fix it.

I'm having the same problem getting the english subtitles on Kill Bill vol. I and II. If I select english subtitles in AGK I get the subtitles throughout the entire movie. I just want the subtitles as they appear in the main moive: during the Japanese language portions. Did you ever find out this could be done?

I don't mind change as long as I'm not around when it happens.

Amazing tutorial...A++++ so easy a monkey could do it. With that being said, I am having trouble installing betaplayer. I downloaded the .66 release in a zip file, unzipped it and found all .prc files. So basically, how do i install the tcpmp.prc file and the add ins i need? thanks

Sound like you got the Palm version...I'll see if I can find you a direct link to the PPC files.
Thanks Man, you rock. I have another question now. i installed the files and when i open up the avi i made, it says it is not assoiciated with any program and to open it within the program. I have actually had this problem with other mp3 files. I use my axim as a mp3 player and some are recognized in Windows Media, and others are not, any ideas? Thanks again.
I encoded spider man, and when I play it, I hear the version with commentary. Is there a way to prevent this and just to get the regular version?
I can't type it anymore, so I'll quote myself...

New to this site. Great tutorial! Everything worked great until I tried to run it and the WMPlayer did not show my .avi file. Trying to start the movie from file explorer gave me an error message of needing to start from the application. What am I doing wrong?
Do you have TCPMP (The Core Pocket Media Player)? That's pretty much the best .avi player that's free for Pocket PC, has a lot of utilities that make good use of the Axim's 2700G video processor. You should probably download that first, WMP doesn't play .avi, just .wmv.
Sorry for the newbie question, but I seem to not be understanding something big time. I ripped and copied my dvd movie fine; stored it on hard drive. How do I now transfer over to my x50v. I tried to drag and drop it on to my cf card in active sync...it seemed to be copying for a long time then says I dont have memory in my device to complete. Not sure what its telling me...I have a 1gb cf card that has nothing on it. Is there an easier way to copy over to active sync or transfer to cf card. I dont have a memory card reader. Thanks- sorry if I missed it in the thread.
Every time I try this, VirtualDub gives an error at some point between the 1st and 2nd pass, saying that the file it wants to work on is in use by another process. Thus, it won't encode the movie, it'll just sit there happily doing nothing overnight ... any way to fix it?
