Manual for BetaPlayer v0.5

Does anyone know if there is a manual available for Betaplayer V0.5 ? I need to know what some of the settings do as my X30 624mhz sometimes locks up (only in Beta Player) whilst playing videos. The videos are stored on a Toshiba 256mb SD card. I have tried to increase the buffer without any results....

Yeah, I was wondering if there was some sort of documentation for betaplayer as well. I dunno what alot of settings do either =)
