i was just wondering if there are internet radio stations for ppcs with wireless. im on mine right now, and i cannot find one.(launch cast doesn't work :( )

Digitallyimported.com is one site that will work without any configuration. It has 2 settings for WMP, 32 & 20 respectively, and 2 or more mp3, more with paid subscription. Those start at 96 and go to 160 but you will need an mp3 player. Last night I briefly listened with headphones through my Axim via wireless.

Note that you should either have an extra battery or ability to plug into some electrical connection.

They have a variety of music though about 10-15 stations.

GSPlayer will play winamp.com radio stations if you save them to your Axim or storage card.

If you have the unit plugged in while streaming, will the battery drain? That would be a good option for me while at work, but I want to make sure I have enough juice left for when I'm away from my desk.

BetaPlayer can also be used to stream internet radio, in the settings just associate the .pls. and .m3u file types.
works great.
