How do i get pocket divx recorder to let me convert real media extensions (*rm)

By using an avs script, if you don't know how to do that then try this method which is easier. Realmedia is a pain because it doesn't use a fixed framerate like other video formats so the AVI may not come out particularly well.

Is there a way to play Real video (*.rm) files on your Axim? I don't believe Windows Media Player or Betaplayer will do that

So far i have yet to see any player tht is able to payback .rmbv fromat and i agree that even if .rmv is converted to avi it will have freeze frame or problem during playback
