Can some one please help me. I purchase some music from Microsofts website and want to sink it with my Dell Axim 5. I have Medina Player 10 on my desktop and Medina player 9 on my Axim. I get an error every time I try to sync this new music. I have no problems with music I've ripped from CD's. What am I doing wrong? Is there a new version of Media Player for the pocket PC? I searched Microsofts web site but could not find anything.
I'd really appreciate some help on this. Thanks in advance. Mike. ![]() | |||||

First of all, I wouldn't recommend syncing the music through windows media player. You should do it through active sync, or through a card reader to an sd or cf card. If this is legally purchased music from the internet it might not work becasue windows media player 9 for ppc doesn't support the some of the new copywrite legal music things.

I have tried active sync and it the files will not play once they are n the Axim. What I have finally done is burn to a CD and then rip them back off as mp3 files and now I can play them. And they wonder why people steal music. I followed all the rules and the only thing it got me was a headach.
