Any MP3 organizing software?

I am in the process of ripping my personal audio CD into MP3 files. Currently, I have like 30+ MP3 files. And that's when I realized that it’s going to be a nightmare if I have to manage all the MP3 files.

I have some MP3 files that are sung by Singer 1 and Singer 2, there are some that are solo by Singer 1, there are some that are from Movie 1 and some from Movie 2, there are some that are Christian songs, some are Christmas songs, etc. Now if I want to create a play list or library of all songs sung by Singer 1 or all songs from Movie 1, how do I do it? Is there any software that is available by which I can do it? I could not find this feature in Windows Media Player.

I believe I can define ID3 tags for each MP3, but then after defining ID3 tags, I could not find any option by which I can extract a MP3 file depending on the ID3 tag definition.

Thanks.
