What mp3 palyer uses least cpu/memory?

What mp3 player uses least cpu and memory? I want to listen to mp3 music/audio books while running bluetooth gps and map on my X50v.

I use GSplayer it is very light but still gives you everything you need and more. The best thing, it is free.

Thanks, Frenchy. I tried GSPlayer. It is good most of the time, but I encountered 2 issues with it: 1). It has a limitation to the number of files to load, and 2). OCN frenquently drops it (probably because OCN and bluetooth manager uses a lot of cpu/memory and prevent other apps from running).
