no sound from wmp

I put a movie on my X5 and tried to play it but I can't get any sound from it. It works fine on my pc. I have scoured every post on this forum and nothing works. I used WME to encode and it just won't work. Any help would be the coolest!

Have you made sure your speaker has no 'x' beside it at the top of the taskbar?

Other than the sound being on, the volume must be turned up from the volume icon at the top of the screen as well as in WMP.

Is the file you are trying to play a new one? Have you tried a couple different files?

I have tried a few different videos and none of them will play the sound. Is there an audio output that I need to change on my axim? Also The sound is in WM 9.1 and my WMP on my axim is 8.5 is there anything to do about this?
