I dl'ed the light edition of Fairuse and tried to use it on Seinfeld Season 1 and 2 and several movies. For Seinfeld and for most of the movies it stopped at parsing the files and said it could not read the dvd files. For The Princess Bride it parsed the files but could not complete the process, again because it could not read the files.

I checked the FAQ for Fairuse but no help there...

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a step I am missing?

Thanks for your link...I also like this thread...Fairuse and Video Lag

Unfortunately, neither thread seems to help me deal with the issue of getting past the encryption issue on my personal dvds!

Has anyone else had this experience and how might I get Fairuse to work for me?
