HELP!!!!

Can some one please help? I recently bought a 400mhz axim and want to play videos on it. I have installed pocket divx version .8 (the IPAQ version as AXIM is not supported). I transfered a file to my axim that was converted using virtualdub and tried to play it. Pocket divx started up, and the first frame appeared on the screen. (I thought I was home free) But when I hit the play button pocket divx closed and I lost the tool bar on top of the screen forcing me to do a soft reset to get the thing working again. Tried it several times with acouple of different files and can't get it to work... SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS< OR HAS HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM< PLEASE!!!!!!!! LET ME KNOW

My P-MVP choked on files that needed to be resized and rotated. It really works good w/ files that are formatted to suit.

this is what I did:

Downloaded several of the movies trailers from pocketmatrix.

After viewing (and "wowing" some friends), went to File - Media Info to get specifics of the loaded video. Use this info as a benchmark to aim for.

Read, reread and read again the pocketmartix PPC Divx guide. Multiple tries with Virtualdub and I finally managed to get a watchable Shania Twain music video playing on the Axim. (4.5 min = ~10meg playing from SD card)

The look on my friend's face (a HUGE Shania fan) = priceless!
