Complete Newbie Music Question

I am currently using Media Player 10 on my x50v & it is great....But I haven't tried or experienced any other music player.....All my music is stored in WMA format & I like the ability to sync from my PC to my PDA via Media Player 10....Click what I want to sync & it goes away and does it for me....When I then go to Media Player on my PDA...I just click & off I go...

Is there better music players out there for the PDA

My main requests in a new player are:-

WMA Support

Higher Volume

Better Quality Sound

Bigger interface for ease of use while mobile...i.e. Bigger Buttons

Easy syncing of music from PC to PDA & access to playlists.

Any advice would be appreciated

The sound quality of Windows Media Player 10 should not be that bad. However the x50v is known to have not so good sound when first unpackaged.
There's a tweak on this forum, made by emulamer (a member) or something(i'm not sure about the spelling, sorry for that) that gives you the ability to change some of the basic EQ settings ( as in: Treble, Bass and Surround).
Many people find this tweak/plug fantastic!!
It's very easy to find (click on one of the first links in this forum that states "software and tweaks you need" or something in this vein, and you'll find the corresponding link.

Greetings,

I had a quick peek through the forums and I *think* the software in question is called 'Sound Explorer 2005' http://vitotechnology.com/en/product...dexplorer.html

It isn't free, though: there's a 14-day trial version and then it costs $24.95.

Try PocketMusic from This site. It has a good graphic equaliser, the ability to boost bass, a nice GU interface and a good playlist manager. It costs about $15 as far as I remember.

You will need to have Emulamer's X50Mix to unleash the beautiful sound quality of the X50v. Download the software from .here
