Worried Media Player 10 on X50V

How can I make Windows Media Player 10 change to Right-Handed landscape when I hit the full-screen icon while playing a video? It is defaulting to Left-Handed landscape.

Thanks in advance! And yes, I have searched the forums as well as google but I have not been able to find anything about this.

Click on Start > Settings > System > Screen > and change the orientation to Landcape (Left-handed). Strange but True!

That did not seem to work... Is there a registry setting for the landscape mode for WMP10?

Do you want to hold your Ax in your left or right hand? I'm right handed, I'm used to holding it in my left hand with the buttons convienitly under my thumb it does this when I use right hand landscape mode under System . For the buttons to be under my right hand I have to swith to left hand landscape. Where would you like you buttons to be?

I would like the buttons to be on the left while holding the axim in landscape mode. I have my record button set to when it is pressed it will go into right-handed landscape mode and everything works fine but WMP10 still comes up in full screen in left-handed mode. The only thing I have been able to do is to first go into right-handed landscape mode then make the video full screen and it works fine. It may just have to be something that I live with. I don't know if it matters but I have doublelauncher installed but do not have any buttons assigned through it.

You could always just use Beta player. Much beter than WMP in about every aspect plus you can use it in either left or right handed mode easily.

Yes, I do have betaplayer installed and love it. Will I be able to play a video through it by clicking on a link from a website? If I am playing a video that I have on my SD card I use betaplayer (thank you emulamer)but when I click on a link from a website to play a video it opens WMP10 and is where I am having the above problem.

That givess me an idea! How about mapping your home button to switch orientations then wyou won't have to reach over with your right hand to switch to right hand lanscape wnen you're in full screen mode with WMP10?

What I have found is that after I click on the full screen button in WMP10 and then I press my record button (remapped) that it changes from left-handed to right-handed while it is full screen. I guess it is something that I can live with but is a little annoying.
