I've never seen this...and I've ripped and ripped my own DVDs for my private use on my Axim. Only one movie has ever failed for me...The Great Outdoors. If this is a home movie, or a ripped DVD being ripped again, FairUse may not work. The authors are pretty adamant about the purpose of the software, which is to allow consumers the option to rip their own legally, professionally produced movies from DVD to avi files.
