I picked it up earlier today. It seems to function ok. I thought it would be a good replacement for the winamp player that is no longer available. I just started messing around with it a while ago and haven't found a way to put my own radio links it to it and the ones included are pretty sparse. Thee are around 17 news stations 11 tv stations, weather for all major cities, a small selection of rock, jazz, blues, country, 80's etc stations. It won't change the world but then again it's only $10.

Does it actually play the tv stations decently- and are they decent tv stations? I am hardly interested in the all gov't channel from Fresno, or whatever ;-)

I would also be interested in knowing if you figure out how to add your personal links...thanks for the report!

To be honest I find the picture extremely small and poor resolution when you go into full screen mode. As the other member said you can get other programs for free that do just as good of a job. So I would not buy it for the tv shows. The musicplay back is not that good I suppose you could help it a bit with the X50mixer. The news is ok but limited. The weather is really the best part of the program. I went to their website looking for info or templates for entering your own media locations but didn't find anything.

Bear in mind these are just quick first impressions and I haven't messed with it much.

I'm looking at buying the full version so that I get more than 11 channels, but I am still being scared away by the lack of a trial. Principle alone stops me from buying anything for my Ax that I don't get to try first. ANyway, it's on sale for only $20 instead of $25. I supposed if I want to try it now is the time.

Its not a player. it only lists links to streams and when you play them, they open up on WMP, at least thats my understanding. You might as well have your own links and open them on WMP..
