I'm searching for a converter that can convert an .avi file with xvid codecs to .avi or anything highly compressed. The problem is, I need it so i can queue multiple files so I can leave it over night to convert multiple files to Pocket PC format (QVGA). AGK has a queue menu, but it won't allow me to use an input .avi file has xvid codecs.

If you're happy with AGK then just upgrade it to the newest beta version (currently 2.08) as AVI support was added in 2.0 beta.
