Please help, I have read and followed the 3 main threads on how to transfer video to my axim. I am able to make an avi file and play it on my desktop computer, although with no sound. I have tried to use Fair use program. I have tried smart ripper and virtual dub. I have tried auto gordian etc. I learned i needed the proper codex for divx. To get me to the next stop,do I need a special file for sound, to run the file on my pc? Then to get me to my final step, I have tried to copy the avi file to my axim only to find out that beta player can find it in its file explorer window, but gives me an error when I try and play it. The error says file not found. Do I need a codex for my pda? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

what is the audio file format it should be lame mp3 or wma

I have no audio files in any format. I assumed they were integrated as part of the final video.
