AniMatrix in wma

So I've downloaded the Animatrix films (http://www.intothematrix.com/) but they are in .mov format - Quicktime. I haven't found any s/w that will convert from .mov to .wma or .mp4, etc. I also haven't found any codecs for .mov to use with Real Player or WM9.
Anyone have any ideas?:rolling:

well, you have two options (possibily more?):

1. use Pocket Cinema, http://www.digisoftdirect.com/Produc...ketCinema.html which can play QuickTime movie on the Ax; or

2. upgrade to QuickTime Pro which would allow you to export the movie to various format. You may then convert at your leisure.

Just can't understand why QuickTime does not produce a Pocket PC version.

.mov

There is a utility called mov2avi which is totally free and actually works. You could make Avi's and then use virtualdub to shape it any way you want to.

Have a link by any chance? I was thinking the exact same thing. The Animatrix flicks would rock to have on the ax

Mov2avi is available here.

Didn't get it to work with the animatrix films though. Let me know if you guys succeed.

.mov

Tried them all - RAD Video tools was by far the best, but converted 56MB file to 1, 497MB - can't get that on my ax...

This is one of those 'see if I could do it' issues. Plus, it is irritating that QuickTime has to be proprietary!!

Oh well, I'll watch them at home and enjoy the matrix any way I can...

Thanks for the help.
