Someone is selling PocketDVD Studio on eBay (just do a search).
They've been selling it ever since version 3.3 and their feedback is all good.
If it's not the developer himself then it's someone using all of the images and text from the official website.
I can recommend the product if not the seller.

I seems unlikely the developer would be selling copies for ~$10 on eBay and ~$30 on PocketGear.com or that anyone other than the developer would have 8 legitimately licensed copies to sell.

Decided to give it a shot and bought it this morning. Works fine. Converted a couple of Family Guy episodes already tonight.
