For those of you using BetaPlayer, it's gone away. Forever. It's been renamed, and merged into The Core Pocket Media Player. 0.66 stable was released today, with some fixes from the old BetaPlayer. Yes, Picard is still the one writing it, and donations are (as always) encouraged if you like it :)
It's true, do a search, there are more then enough post about it.

wow. this is so absolutely wonderful I can barely stand it. I have been stressing about increasing the video size of my converted tivo files and nothing was working. I download this program and the 2 plugins and the video plays full screen and perfectly. sob. so perfect. off to donate money to the coder.
Time to upgrade then, lets hope it implements a certain feature that wasnt supported in a few divx encodings, cant remember what it was tho!

Im not sure I am finding any difference in it yet but im sure it will be an improvement.
I am suprised to see the increase in supported formats of WMV and MOV. Great stuff! (WMV you need that plugin to work but I know at least WM8 file opens ok)
