Hi, I'm a newbie, and I was wondering if you could help me. I downloaded pocketdivx and encoded a file from a CD-Rom according to the tutorial on this site and it worked fine. I was able to put in on my sd card using a card reader and windows explorer and it plays great on my axim.

Then the problem started. I encoded two more episodes and when I click on either of them in Windows Explorer it crashes and says that it is pocketdivx's fault. Is there a way to fix this?

Another somewhat related question. Pocketdivx didn't install itself on my computer, I just opened the download file and it started working so I wouldn't know how to uninstall it. I hope I'm making enough sense here.

Please Help! I'm desperate!

I'm not familier with that problem, but you don't install Pocketdivx encoder. It is just an EXE file.

Do you have any idea what I should do?

I deleted the files and uninstalled pocketdivx and reinstalled and now it works fine.
