Cry “havoc!” and let loose the dogs of war,
That this foul deed shall smell above the earth With carrion men, groaning for burial. William Shakespeare (1564–1616), british dramatist, poet. |

Quote:
It's been known for a while (it's even on Apple's support site) that if you ask iTunes to burn an m4p to Audio CD, it'll convert it to .aif in making the CD. The resulting CD can be imported back into iTunes as mp3, and isn't copy-protected. There's apparently some loss in fidelity in doing this, but I've not heard it in the contexts I use the music. Hope this helps. Marc

I knew that... who didn't?
However, Hymn convert m4p to mp3 WITHOUT burning to a CD. It's a direct rransfer. Hymn applies te information from you itunes account name and password and then uses that to ecrypt the files, allowing them to be converted. It doesn't circumvent any encryption as it uses YOUR name and thus doesn't break any laws. Besides, fair-use is what it is.
