TCPMP/Betaplayer issues
I use Betaplayer / TCPMP with both audio and video, as they have HP headphone buttons support. When listening to music (not while watching a video, at least not yet), it sometimes cuts out. It only happens on a few MP3s, and at fairly (but not 100%) predicable times, often at about 2:30 - 3:00 minutes into a song. I often can't continue the song and if I replay it, it just cuts again at the same point. If I move the slider to past the cutoff, it generally doesn't play.

BTW, what's the difference between BP and TCPMP? Is it just a name change?

BOT: Sounds like your device is set to turn off on battery power. Go to Start > Settings > Power and uncheck the battery options.

The device stays on. I could even be using it and it would cut out, or it could be on the charger. Also, it's only in certain songs, one of which is the 2nd in a playlist, another that comes to mind is 5th, I think, so although it happens at a similar time in the song, the length of inactivity could be anything.

OT: Medicore at best. The sound quality is OK, on par with a cheap set of PC headphones. Certainly a lot better than the X50v's speaker and entirely listenable, but they're no Sennheisers.

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but what do you mean by HP headphone buttons support? Are you talking about a regular set of headphones or bluetooth headphones? I seem to be a bit confused.
