sound conflict

I installed TCPMP yesterday and then the sound on Tom Tom seemed to be disabled. Also Windows Media Player had no sound. I could only regain sound on these programs when I removed TCPMP from my device. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have a Dell Axim x50v.

Try unchecking or maybe checking the use system volume box (if it's already uncheck) under Options > Settings > Select Page > Advanced in TCPMP.
