TCPMP Installation instructions

Can someone help me install TCPMP? I have downloaded but neither unzipped or executed the following files for general cluelessness about how to go about the installation:

ac3.cabs.0.66
ac3.setup.0.66
tcpmp.arm.cabs.0.66
tcpmp.setup.0.66
tcpmp.mips.cabs.0.66
tcpmp.sh3.cabs.0.66
ffmpeg.cabs.0.66
ffmpeg.setup.0.66
vorbislq.cabs.0.66
vorbislq.setup.0.66

Do I have all of the download files from the website that I will need to install the player?

How do I perform the installation (which files should double click; how do I install on my handheld?)

Once installed, how do I use the player?

You've got too many files there. Start by double clicking the TCPMP.setup.0.66 on your desktop and follow the instructions for installation. You can install to a card, or BIS depending on your preference. Next, double click on the ac3.setup.0.66 and follow the install directions. Do the same for vorbislq.setup and ffmpeg.setup files. The .cab files are for those that want to move the entire files to their PDA and do the install there. The sh3, mips and arm files are for other processors.

All of the 'ac3', 'ffmpeg', and 'vorbisq' files are optional.
They are seperate optional codecs needed only for those specific file types.

All you need is the tcpmp files as stated above.

The 'setup' one is run from the desktop and it will install the correct version of the program onto your device.

The 'cabs' version require that you already know your device type.
For the Axims it's the 'arm' version and inside that ZIP file you would want the tcpmp.arm_ce3.cab.
You copy that file over to your Axim and then click it in the Axim's File Explorer to complete the install.

From the top.... HERE is the main site. Form there you go to the Download page, Then click the link under Windows Mobile Version that says "Latest version - 0.66". Then download the file named "tcpmp.setup.0.66.exe".

Doubble click it to install it to your Axim (it runs file form BIS or Memory Cards). The other files are not required unless you have trouble playing a certin type of media down the road. I have never needed any of them.

Done and Done! Enjoy!

I tried all of this trying to play mpegs off of my computer on my X5, and it will not work. Says the file is not associated, and I need to open the application and then open the file. I did not notice tcpmp do anything, I could not get anything to function
