Using X50 With My Motorcycle

I'm interested in using my Dell Axim X50 as an mp3 player while I ride my motorcycle. I would also like to use a cell phone with bluetooth while I ride. Is it possible to use a bluetooth headset to listen to music on my Axim and when I get a call, switch over to the phone, and then back to the music when the cll is done. Is this possible? Are there any bluetooth headsets out there made for something like this. Maybe wireless to the phone and PDA, yet still have a wire coming from the headset, so I can control either the phone call or the music coming out of the PDA.

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? Input?

Well...I believe this is highly dangerous on a bike...

However, I don't believe you can switch over from the axim to your phone. Of course, Bluetooth is my weakness.

I think it's extremely dangerous to be balancing between a PDA, a cell phone, not to mention the bike.....

I believe it is not too easy to switch if you are currently using the BT with an MP3 player. If you listen to music, turn off bluetooth, then receive a call, I believe cell phone will find BT headset successfully. But if you are using BT with MP3 player, it won't just stop playing music and connect with your cel phone. It just doesn't have the brains for that. In my opinion, you're pushing your luck, you wouldn't be able to play with the Axim while riding and I surely wouldn't want to mount it on a bike. I think the vibration might shake it to death.

for the record

Just for the record, i was looking to put the Axim in my jacket pocket and use the jeadset in my left ear. On a bike, you use the left handlebar less often. Anyhow, ever heard of a thing called random?

I can tell you for certain that you will not be able to easily switch between using a BT Headset on your Axim to your cell phone. Also it is my opinion that using the Axim as an MP3 player while riding is a poor choice. I'd hate to take a spill with the Axim or damage it in any other way. Plus it's hard to switch tracks with gloves on
