Hi all....I have a tv card installed on my pc. I downloaded a VHS tape(movie)and I want to sync it to my Axim X50. How can I make the video a "smaller" file size? I'm not aiming for DVD quailty....just watchable. I have a 256mb CF card installed in my Axim. Thanks

You can try pocketdivx encoder. It is very user friendly, and simple to use.
If you are alittle more advanced I would recommend trying virtualdub.

   

Not that there is anything wrong with either of the programs that Tancerman mentioned, but Auto Gordian Knot is a fairly popular choice too.
