Trouble encoding with Windows Media Encoder

I am having trouble encoding a particular DVD (Family Guy). I have tried both DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter and then use Windows Media Encoder to make the files for the PPC. The VOB files seem fine coming from Shrink and Decrypter but the media encoder can't process the files right. Once they are run through Windows Media Encoder it makes a 45 second video. The video consists of the title and ending credits and then stops.

I have used these programs in the past and this is the first problem I have run into. Any suggestions on what may be causing this and any methods to fix it?

thanks

David

My suggestion is dump WME and use FairUse Wizard. This will rip and encode all in one softare. The resulting AVI will be of much better quality than the WMV file. Use either Beta Player to play it or PocketMVP.

Thanks for the response. I have been playing around with FairUSe and it seems like a great program. I am wondering if there is a way that I can get either the Windows Media files to play on Core Pocket Media Player" or the AVI's to play on Windows Media player.

Thanks
