I know the art is supposed to show cos i've seen pictures of it. but for some reason i can't get the album art to show during play back can someon please help with this
ps
sorry if this is been asked b4, i did try looking for a thread but i couldn't find any
If you use WMP10 and the sync feature it will transfer the album art as well. This is the only way I know to get the album art to the Axim. If you are just copying the music over the art does not go with it.

the image has to be in the same folder that the songs are. i dont use wmp to transfer my music and the album art is still there, it just has to be in the same folder as the songs.

All you need to do is convert the Album Art image that you want to appear in WMP Mobile to JPEG if it isn't already, be aware that there is a size limit which I haven't figured out but anything <=640x640 works fine. Rename it to Folder.jpg and drop it into the appropriate album folder on your Axim/Memory Card. When any song from that folder is played the image will be displayed.
on getting my new x50v i also could not display the artwork.tried the ways above but still no joy.here is the link for the how to site at microsoft with very easy to follow instructions and pics.yep even i managed it this time :approve: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win.../albumart.aspx
You can see these files on your desktop/laptop if you turn on the option for "Show hidden/system files." If you haven't got these images in the directory, do the "Get Album Info" in WMP as suggested above.
