This is the exact error I get:

Windows Media Player cannot synchronize the protected file. Protected files cannot be converted to the required quality level or file format.

I have tried to change the quality of the videos for cio
They are DRM protected CBT Nuggets training videos that I do have licence rights for.

The only way around this is to burn a cd with the prtected WMA then rip the CD to WMA but deselect protected media in copying options (see my prev post)
