i was wondering what file sizes i would need for reasonable quality cartoons ( simpsons episodes < 30 mins, ripped from dvd, 10-15 fps, full screen, reasonable sound ). i need to know what size cf card to get.

you can never have to much memory in a cf card.
you can get about 10-15 eps on a 512 cf card.

but the episodes are not actually 30 min. , if you use movie maker, or some other video editing program,you will find that when you cut the commecials and the intro's that the eps are about 19min long. So if you cut the commercials, id say you get 20eps on one 512 meg cf card.


oh,and each episode at a decent framerate will be around a meg a miniute. A high quality framerate around 40 megs each.
