Twin Paradox's SolarExpressII tomorrow?
Frankly, this is the closest Twin Paradox has ever gotten to the release date of the SolarExpress II before pushing the release back. Will we actually see a competing CF-USB host adapter? Will this help drop Ratoc's host adapter's price? Will this work as well? I am busy wiring my +5vdc battery pack to a USB hub for true portability.

If anybody plans to buy one of these, let me know how it all works out.
Can't wait to hook up an external HDD for extensive extended storage. Movies, music, yeah!

April 21.
But it actually shows a retail blister-pack! Nice! Looking better and better.

LOL, the saga continues. SO this will basically allow data flow from any USB device into the Axim only?
Not back out, is that correct?

I do like the idea of this product. Especially if I could save pics from my digital camera on the Ax to free up space on the camera while on holiday!

Okay, Apr. 28 now, but this time they pushed it back by only 7 days, vs. 10 days last time. At this pace, they may converge on a May 4 actual release. I still get the impression that they are a small company with revenue flow problems. Not the slick hucksters that they appear to be to some. They haven't asked for money yet.

I get the same feeling. I just wonder how small this comany is? They went through the trouble of putting up a photo of what appears to be a real retail package, so there is some near-term hope here. It's a good-looking thing, it hangs out less than my CF WiFi card I use with the old Cassiopeia, and it is dongle-free, with a USB mini socket. I will probably not buy one, since I now have an inexpesive mass-storage solution (tired of waiting for this one), but I really hope they roll out before July.

i need the hell out of this thing! i wish they could stop monkey-ing around and just release it! the only thing standing between me and a permanent axim mount in the car is this! i should just suck it up and buy one of the new evdo phones, so i can just stream media. this is far beyond rediculous.
pocket brain: did you end up using a harddrive on wifi for mass storage? what exactly is your setup and application?
