I don't know just how small it is but it sure looks like it was meant to compete with some handhelds. If it's under 10", it counts as a handheld.

Wow, it's cute. I own the Asus EEE but I'd consider "upgrading" to this if the specs are better. Even if those are the "rules", I'd never consider this a handheld...

Doesnt say the specs, but it should easily run xp, whatever they put in it.

Doing estimations based on the length of the pencil being between 6 and 7 inches (a new one is 7, but they sharpened it), and assuming a 3:4 aspect ratio.

This screen would be about 7-9 inches roughly based on the picture, definetly under 10.

EEE uses a lot of space with its borders around LCD, waste of space, and looks like a toy.
This is minime-like.
