Connecting Axim to MP3 HD player

Anyone know of a way to utilise an MP3 HD player as an external HD so I can watch videos on my Axim? You can only get 2 movies on a 512MB CF card, but I want more!

I note that there is a CF USB-hosting interface, but it specifies that it does not work with data storage devices (is this due to power requirement or data transfer rates?)

I currently have an iPod but its recent death means I need a new toy. Is there any particular one to get that will enable the above?

Imagine... 15GB of music and 25GB of movies to go on holiday with...

Thought of that, but there is little real benefit in the BT wireless option, and I would be concerned about sufficient data throughput for movies. Also, it's expensive, as you say.

Has anyone got the USB host adapter thing working?
