Please use caution when dealing with Pocket Solutions and buying one of the flip covers they have advertized here. Not only did they ship the wrong product but failed to respond. When I asked for a replacement. I hope this was only a one time happening But you never know. I will think twice before I buy there again. :(

I had placed my order for Dell Axim Complete Pkg from Pocket Solutions and not only did I recieve it the very next day they had called and emailed me to notify me of the shipment. The complete package was everything from a screen protector to synch and charge cables and emergency power charger. I reckon that not only am a very satisfied with Pocket Solutions products I think their company is great to deal with. I have already started telling my fellow Axim users at work that this is the place to buy accessories if you need them.

...actually, I'm a littlr disguntled w/ pocket solutions myself. I placed the order for Writeshields and got an email the next day saying their server was having problems, so could I call this phone number to give them my card # again....is this a scam or what? I'm in the process of getting to the bottom of it....
--and I from what I've heard, they sell good stuff, so I hope the best here....I'll post what I find

I got the correct cover from them and like it because it protects the screen without adding bulk so it fits in my shirtpocket (after all it is running Pocket Windows...groan).

First, WriteSHIELDs are from PocketPCTechs.com, not Pocket Solutions.

Second, it wasn't a scam. For some reason about 20 orders did not generate properly on the server and the c/c info was not saved. If you notice, the confirmation email from the server did not have an order ID.

Well, The true quality of a company philosophy is reflected in its deeds. My corrected order was shipped and the product was fine. The owner made this decision before he had recieved the return item which was in the mail.
