A few weeks ago, there was news of new X-scale chip that worked with a 200 MHz bus speed. Supposedly Intel is shipping to the OEM's starting about now. Does anyone know if Dell has started to ship the Axim with this new chip???

I'm holding off on my purchase until it happens, but man, it's not easy! I sold my old visor prism on ebay last week!

Those new chips are NOT drop in replacements. I doubt you'll see them in production until at least the Fall, maybe not until 2004.
