Anyone have any idea when dell will supply a PC Card jacket or slot (no, two card formats are not enough ...)?

I have the infamous Semson CF Adaper which goes into the CF card slot obviously. It works but is rather cumbersome. I was trying to think of a way to fasten IT to a sled to attach to the Axim. That would make it MUCH easier to handle.

Right now I think it would be comparable to the SenaCase as far as how the Semsons adapter feels on the unit.

Dude, i've been looking for something like that for YEARS cause my laptop is the transnote and has a CF and a PC Card slot, but only one of each...one of those would ROCK. Thanks. AS for the Senacase..what's the big deal about it. Its overpriced and looks craptacular and offers limited safety in real world situations unless the screen is on the inside...plus, its what i like to call the $200-$400 pickpocket special.:p

I agree as far as real world protection, its minimal. I think it is much better than the DELL Cover Up which only protects the LCD. I don't like the other ones I have seen that look like Military ammo boxes that you have to remove the Axim from to use it. Oh well. Proporta/Innopocket/iConcets.. where o where.

Oh yeah, Don't buy from Semsons if you are intrested. Semson wants 30 with shipping. I think you can get one from ebay, brand new, here for about $22 shipped.

Thanks. I'll do that. As for the cases, two days before i got the Axim, i for the best case for a GREAT price ($17). Its waterproof, protects the axim from falls (tried and true at over 5ft on concrete...dont' ask), holds onto the thing like a gecko, has storage for media cards to money to more cards, and best of all, it zips in such a way that your headphones wire doesn't have to get bent out of shape. Also fits in your pocket and feels great and looks cool cause its neoprene. Body Glove Universal DataSuit Pro by fellows (they made up for they crappy screenprotectors).

Its better than the pickpocket special Senacase. Dude, i wonder how many people are buying those? I should have just waited for those things to come out and go *shopping*! No waiting, no paying...i wonder if i can return my axim to dell...
