Cases that allow use of cradle? Other flip covers out there?

Anything else out there besides the pocketsolutions flip cover?

I like what I see on the innopocket case, but it doesn't allow use of the cradle.

Anyone know if the innopocket case is easy to remove (as in daily) to use with cradle? Or some similar product that would allow use of cradle

The Duo Flip Case w/Belt Clip is GREAT!

I have been using the Duo Flip Case w/Belt Clip for about a week and absolutely love it!

Axim Duo Flip Case

What I like most is that it allows me to cradle my Ax without removing it from the case. In addition, the straps have an elastic band hidden inside the cover that allow you to get a good fit whether you're using the standard battery or the BIG FAT extended life battery.

The only thing I don't like about it, is that they didn't make any holes for the jog-dial or the record button, so I had to carefully cut my own.

They make another case that has an external battery pouch for carrying an extra battery, but it doesn't allow you to cradle your Ax without removing it from the case. I have suggested that their designers add the battery pouch to the Duo Flip Case, so perhaps they'll have that at some point in the future.

Duo Axim Flip case bulky? Fit in suit coat pocket?

Scott - thanks for the comment.

Is the Duo flip case bulkier than the one which came with the Axim? I'd like to be able to put it in my suit coat pocket easily. Looks slick.

Any comment is appreciated. T-man

Depth of the Duo Flip Case

In answer to your question T-man, the depth of the Ax in the Duo Flip Case is approx. 1 and 3/4", or 2 inches (if you count the little metal pin that protrudes off the back of the case approx 1/4". This pin is what slides into the Belt Clip.

I'm not certain, but I'm guessing that if you order the Duo Flip Case without the Belt Clip option, that it won't have that 1/4" pin protruding out of the back of the case.

Hope this helps,

Scott

Cool Case

Just to let you know there is a very cool case that can be ordered now but will deliver march 31/03 from www.covertec.com that is awesome looking. I have ordered mine and patiently wait. Once on main page select country then pda cases, Dell, then Axim and drool. I think its the nicest yet.
