the new 3400mah batteries are available... ordered mine yesterday, for delivery by 1/3. i got 8 hrs of mp3 play from the oe battery, so the big one should be really solid

it was listed as an option on the gonfig pages for axim orders... called the 800 # and they processed the orfer to my preferred account $129.95... the 1440maH is $60, so figure the extra life is worth the extra $
btw, hpmobile print services is very cool i highly reccomend it

Just got my Axim and put Battery Pack by Omega on it. It shows a max battery life of 2.42 hours. Should I be alarmed? You guys are saying you get 8 hours of music?

That program is supposed to be adaptive ... it learns and modifies it's estimate.
